I recently tried this product because I suffer from allergies and sinus issues. These Crytals help me breath at night and also helped with the sinus headache. After using for a couple days my sinuses cleared up. I will keep this product on hand at all times!!!!

The product works and produces an awakening clearing of a person's sinuses or other new developments when it comes to stopping head colds or other related issues
within one's sinuses, allergies, etc.when use of course with a standard vaporizer to fill the structure with medicinal aroma!

I first used menthol crystals last year when I had a bad chest cold. I put a few little crystals in the bath. Wow! Not only do they clean out your sinuses, it really helps with congestion. I put a few little drops in my vaporizer when I feel sluggish from allergies.
I also make my own analgesic muscle spray. I either use 100 proof vodka OR rubbing alcohol. I put about a teaspoon of the menthol crystals in about 12 ounces. I let it steep overnight. It works great for aches and sprains.

For clearing my sinuses with vaporizing. But expensive so try to minimize usage to keep your costs in check. Nice stuff.

the product was 1lb of menthol crystals and it was all shake and the smallest little crystals I was very dissapointed but at the price I paid I did not cry about it and just kept the product
