the product arrived well packaged in plastic and so concentrated that the aroma reaches even through the plastic. with this product one can make a chest rub far stronger than any of the mentholated products on the market.

Strong scent. I smelled it before I could open it. My son has asthma and we use it to clear up his breathing.

The menthol crystals came mostly smashed. I'd say a good 2/3 was almost a powder. I would elaborate more, but apparently amazon likes to censor their customers.

Works well for keeping my sinuses clear on a cool night. But as mentioned previously the price is somewhat high so use sparingly.

Used these crystals to rid environment of mites. They are easy to heat on a coffee warmer and give off a strong aroma. The only thing we didn't expect was it made the room chilly.
